ABOUT ME
Hello there, I’m Kimberly!
One could say that womanhood began just as quickly as my childhood dissipated. You see, at the young age of 16, I found myself alone and pregnant. Becoming a woman and embracing motherhood was not optional. Ready or not, here it came. In my brokenness, I heard the whisper and discovered that God really meant what he said. When we call upon Him, He is faithful to forgive.
By God’s great plan, my story took a twist and God blessed me with a loving, godly man who welcomed my son as his own. And so our little family began.
Ministry has been our family calling and it wasn’t long before the Lord revealed that there was no greater ministry than to the lives within our own home. We welcomed this calling and added more and more children to our family team. Chaos, overwhelm, sleepless nights, survival, messy, beautiful days became my norm. The threat of losing me was looming in the distance of my heart. Somewhere along the way, I heard that same whisper from my early days and accepted an invitation that changed everything.
This invitation uprooted my false beliefs about me, my life and what really matters. Through a season of relearning, our faithful God reestablished my foundation, becoming the chief cornerstone of the life and home we were building. And with it, an overflowing peace and joy invaded my heart that has sustained me, even through the hardest of days.
And the hard days did come. Lyme disease & sickness entered our home, learning to live on one income, raising a bundle of children and all that requires, disappointments and broken friendships. But so did the good ol’e days… mini-farm livin’, homeschooling & graduations, weddings & grandchildren and launching those adult children. Through it all, I’ve found the place where my soul has found rest. No matter what. It wasn’t found in the doing, but in the being. My greatest joy would be that you too would discover this lasting peace and live in your true calling and beauty. Let’s ‘Gather your Sisters’ and together walk in this ‘Selah’ invitation.

A few fun facts about me. I’m a Jesus-lovin’ momma of 6 boys & 6 girls, mimi to 8. I absolutely adore my servant-hearted, leader hubby and living on our one acre mini-farm. My specialty is heart connection and my spiritual gift is faith & encouragement. I would love to connect with you!
